Ingredients
  

Base:
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/3 cup grated carrots
Sweet & Flavor:
1 tbsp maple syrup (or honey)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Optional Add-ins:
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp chopped walnuts
Toppings:
yogurt drizzle
coconut flakes
extra walnuts

Equipment

  • 1 Jar or container with lid
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Grater

Method
 

In a jar, add rolled oats, grated carrots, and chia seeds.
    Pour in milk and add Greek yogurt.
      Add maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
        Mix everything well until combined.
          Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
            Before serving, stir and add your favorite toppings like walnuts or coconut.
              Enjoy cold or slightly warm.

                Notes

                You can make this recipe dairy-free by using plant-based milk and yogurt. Adjust sweetness to taste. Best consumed within 2–3 days. Add toppings just before serving to keep texture crunchy.
